Tracking of Different Triggers Set on Your Website
In order to drive the number of Experify interactions, you want to be testing different elements on your website that can open the Experify Plugin when clicked. For example, you might want to add a banner to your product pages, a banner showing for people about to discard their shopping cart, a button close to the ‘buy now’ button on your product detail pages.
For this purpose, you will be adding an HTML element to the trigger (please find all technical instructions here). Please ensure doing the following:
Create an overview of the measures that you are implementing: example table below
Ask your technical team to implement the Custom Trigger Events in accordance with your specification
Share which measures you assigned to which trigger with Experify to ensure reporting
