Step 3: After-sales Integration
Goal: Minimize Local onboarding efforts and have a constant stream of the latest customers. Below, you can find best practices and text snippets you can integrate into an existing after-sales email and an email template if you are creating one just for this purpose.

1. Include the product picture in the email
If your email includes a picture of the product (ideally, the product the receiver owns), one is likelier to read and engage with the message.
2. Personalize subject lines for higher open rates
The best subject lines are often personal or descriptive, giving the reader a reason to check out your content. To personalize, add the recipient's name, the product they own or some other relevant detail for them.
3. Send out time
The ideal time to send the after-sales email is three weeks (21 days) after receiving the product, so customers have time to get familiar with the product and are still very much excited about it.
